This year I had a Christmas premiere with this BEBE cake and it surprised with its taste :) it's excellent!

6 pcs BeBe biscuits
chocolate
2 pcs Sour cream
(flavored) 220ml
1 pcs Yogurt
chocolate
2 tbsp Whipped cream powder
chocolate
20 g Cooking Chocolate
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
600 ml Full-Fat Milk

Instructions

Prepare sour cream and mix it with yogurt.

Spread cookies next to each other as the first layer on a tall baking sheet. It's best to have a sheet where you can easily spread the cookies 4x5 - I didn't have one, so I improvised. Spread a thin cream mixture over the cookies. Let's assume that the cookies will have about 6 layers in the end.

Finally, prepare the whipped cream according to the package instructions. Both sachets at once. I used Dr. Oetker Parisian whipped cream and added a spoonful of sugar while mixing. Spread it on top of the BeBe cake and as a bonus, grate some dark chocolate on top. Let the cake sit in the fridge overnight and serve.
