Sift the flour onto a board, mix with granulated sugar, butter, cocoa, and knead the dough. Let it rest in the fridge for a while. Then cut off a piece of dough and shape it by hand to about 5mm. Cut and shape biscuits, twists, horseshoes. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C.

After baking, let them cool slightly and coat with powdered sugar.
