Whip mascarpone, gently fold in sour cream with the highest % fat and 1 whipped cream with gelatin. You can use only mascarpone with whipped cream or only mascarpone with sour cream.

Layer biscuits in a square mold with dimensions of 24 cm, then cream and biscuits again. Repeat this process for 5 layers. Finish with cream. Decorate the top with the remaining crushed biscuits or granko.
