Beat eggs with sugar and soft butter. Add sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa. Mix the dough well. Pour 3/4 of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix mascarpone with egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar. Place the prepared mixture on the dough and then the remaining dough. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Decorate the cooled cake with small fruits or whipped cream.
