Ingredients: 36 KS Oreo Cookies; 6 PL Butter; 250 g Mascarpone cheese; 2 PL Milk; 180 ml Sour Cream; 1 balíček Vanilla Sugar; 250 ml Sour Cream; 400 ml Milk; 1 KS Stabilizer; 50 g Cooking Chocolate; 1 balíček Chocolate pudding

Instructions

Crumble the cookies. I usually grind them in a grinder, it's faster and easier :-) Mix them with melted butter and layer them in a dish.

Mix mascarpone with milk and vanilla sugar. I don't add much sugar, it's a quite sweet dessert. Fold in whipped cream. Layer on the cookie base.

Cook the pudding and spread the cooled pudding over the mascarpone cream. The final layer is whipped cream, garnished with grated chocolate. The treat is ready :)
