4 pcs Frankfurter sausages
4 pcs Egg
4 slice Gouda Cheese
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
Olive Oil
as needed

Instructions

Cut the frankfurter sausages in the middle so that the ends of the sausages remain whole. Pierce them with a skewer. Just like in the picture.

Fry them in oil. Crack an egg inside each sausage as if you were making fried eggs. Add a slice of cheese on top and bake until the egg is cooked and the cheese is melted.
