Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the beef and pork meat into separate cubes.

In a pot or cauldron, heat the lard and sauté the onion with garlic. Add the beef cubes and let them brown properly. Sprinkle with paprika and let it lightly roast. Pour boiling water over it and simmer for about 1 hour.

After an hour, add the pork meat, ground caraway, seasoning, pepper, salt to taste, and simmer for another hour.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and vegetables. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the peppers into strips along with the tomatoes.

After an hour, add the potatoes and vegetables. Then simmer for about 30 minutes until the potatoes soften.

About 5 minutes before the end, add crushed marjoram between your fingers.
