Prepare goulash in a 10l cauldron. Put pork fat in the cauldron and fry finely chopped onions on it. When the onion is golden brown, add beef meat. Mix well and let it tighten. Season with ground sweet paprika, spices, and soy sauce. After 5 minutes of simmering, pour in water.

Cook for about 40 minutes, then add pork belly, chopped peppers, and tomatoes. Cook until the meat softens to about "three-quarters", add chopped potatoes but leave two whole cleaned potatoes for thickening.

3

Finally, thicken the goulash with grated potatoes directly in the cauldron, they will cook and thicken the goulash nicely. Add marjoram and let the goulash simmer.

The goulash is ready and serve with bread of course :) Enjoy your meal.
